PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 498 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant and other petitioners are her in-laws. Complaining that the petitioners are demanding more dowry, harassing her and her family members, the present complaint came to be registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents, they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that due to matrimonial dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, the present complaint came to be registered.

5. It is seen that the matter was earlier referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. But the mediation efforts failed due to the non settlement of terms between the parties. Only enquiry is pending in this case.

6. Let the parties appear before the respondent police to complete the process of enquiry and during the enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioners are at liberty to workout remedy through appropriate proceedings.
