ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub-Court, Paramakudi to dispose the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2022 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing the civil revision petition. 3.The petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondent is the defendant in the suit. The petitioner/plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.36 of 2022, on the file of the Sub-Court, Paramakudi for permanent injunction. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioner for permanent injunction is pending for the past three years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5. Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
