When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that the tender process itself has been cancelled. A copy of the letter dated 22.08.2022 addressed to the writ petitioner has been produced before me and the same was handed over to the writ petitioner's counsel also. It is for the writ petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.

2. Leaving open all the rights and remedies of the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
