The present Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the decreetal and fair order of eviction passed in RCA No.25/2010 dated 28.11.2013 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, (Principal Subordinate Judge), Trichirappalli, confirming the degree and judgment of the RCOP No.11/1992 dated 19.10.2010 on the file of the Rent Controller, (Principal District Munsif), Trichirappalli. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
