Prayer in Crl.OP(MD) No.62 of 2008:- The Criminal Original Petition is filed uder Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct the II Additional District and Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Tirunelveli to consider the petitioner's bail application on the date of surrender itself before the Court in respect of Crime No.268 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the orders passed in the Criminal Original Petition, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Alexander, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the Respondents R1 and R2 this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.62 of 2018, by an order dated 05.01.2018.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and One week time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the copy of the order is made ready and if the petitioner is failed to comply with the condition imposed by this Court, the order shall stand automatically cancelled.
