PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the Learned District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram to dispose of the I.A.No. 299 of 2019 in O.S.No. 185 of 2016, within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned District Munsif, Oddanchatram to dispose of the I.A.No.299 of 2019 in O.S.No. 185 of 2016, within a stipulated period.

2.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner has filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction in O.S.No.185 of 2016, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Oddanchatram. Pending suit, the petitioner filed I.A.No.299 of 2019, for appointment of Advocate Commissioner.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said I.A.No.299 of 2019, is pending since 2019 and is getting adjourned several times. Hence, he prays for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Oddanchatram, to dispose of the said I.A. at the earliest. 2/5

5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned District Munsif, Oddanchatram, to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.299 of 2019, if not already disposed, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
