O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.104 of 2023, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai, dated 13.03.2025 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners have challenged the order impugned herein, they would be satisfied if this Court issues a direction permitting the petitioners to raise all issues which are raised herein before the trial Court at the time of trial. He also prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the issued raised herein before the trial Court. The trial Court is also directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.104 of 2/5
