ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to effect name transfer in the petitioner's name of the way leave granted in the name of the petitioner's wife through the agreement dated 01.03.2000 for TV Cable Crossing at KM.590/6-7 between Srivilliputhur and Rajapalayam Railway Station.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the sole petitioner died, sofar no legal heirs of the deceased petitioner have filed an application to substitue themselves in the place of the deceased petitioner.

3. Since the petitioner is died, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
