Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ANKIT ANANDARAJ SHAH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.L.VICTORIA GOWRI, Assistant Solicitor General of India on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9790 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per earlier order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9790 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021, the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.1.00 Crore and they are regularly complying with the conditions. This Court directed the petitioners to appear before the office of CBI -Gwalior once in two days at 10.30 a.m until further orders and also directed to appear before the office of CBI-Chennai/respondent police once in a fortnight at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.8756 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the said conditions, the petitioners are not able to carry out their business and mobilise the funds to be deposited as directed by this Court.
4.Considering the difficulty expressed by the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the office of CBI-Gwalior once in two days ie. at 10.30 a.m alone is relaxed and the other conditions remains unchanged.
