This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1370 of 2021 from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Karur.

2.Today(16.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
