ORDER : These civil miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.DEEPAN CHAKRA VARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mr.A.S.MATHIALAGAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.2 and of not appeared for Respondent No.1 in person or through by an Advocate, the Court made the following order:- These Petitions are filed to exempt the Petitioners herein to pay the remaining Court fee of Rs.23,643/- in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
