ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of petitioners representation dated 04.06.2026 and to deal with the same in the manner known to law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a correspondent of Sri Gopala Krishna Higher Secondary School, Siruthur, Madurai -14. The private respondents had forcibly trespassed into the petitioner's school and had forcibly entered into the petitioner's cabin with the support and influence of a local political party and had caused ruckus in the petitioner's office. Pursuant to which the petitioner had lodged a complaint. Since no action has been taken, this Writ Petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's complaint was received, CSR No.269 of 2026 was issued and conducted enquiry, which is pending.

4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent police is directed to issue summon on the petitioner and the rival parties under Section 64 of BNSS, conduct and enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation being conducted by the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to appraise the progress of the investigation to the first respondent every Friday.
