ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to take action against the third respondent pursuant to the representation dated 26.07.2021.
2. The petitioner states that the Kovilpatti Nadar Uravinmurai Sangam is a registered society, which was established for the purpose of furthering the interest and preserving the culture of persons belonging to the Nadar community. According to 1/3
the petitioner, the third respondent instituted an inquiry regarding alleged mismanagement of the above mentioned Sangam in spite of not having any jurisdiction in such regard. The petitioner also makes allegations with regard to a demand for a bribe by the third respondent. In these facts and circumstances, it is stated that the petitioner has made a representation dated 26.07.2021 to the first respondent seeking action against the third respondent. Such representation was forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent on 11.08.2021. The petitioner seeks conclusion of such inquiry after providing an opportunity to him.
3. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents. On instructions, he states that an inquiry has been instituted and that the same may be directed to be concluded expeditiously after providing a reasonable opportunity to all concerned.
4. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the State, W.P.(MD).No.19312 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the second respondent to proceed with and conclude the inquiry instituted on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2021 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent herein. There will be no order as to costs.
