JUDGMENT

Heard both sides.

2.The appellant herein filed W.P.(MD)No.19055 of 2022 challenging the appointment of fit person for the petition mentioned temple. No interim order was granted and only notice was issued. Questioning the same, this writ appeal came to be filed. 2/5

3.We are of the view that instead of going into the merits of the matter in this writ appeal, interest of justice will be met, if the writ petition itself is disposed of. We, therefore, request the Hon'ble Judge holding the roster to expeditiously dispose of W.P.(MD)No.19055 of 2022.
