This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 28.09.2021 sent by the petitioner's wife and take appropriate action.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner's wife, dated 28.09.2021. enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 14.11.2021. 3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no report has been served on the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to serve the copy of the report to the petitioner within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
