This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to give Police Verification Certificate for starting "Blue Moon Spa" Beauty Parlor based on his representation dated 15.07.2023. 1/4

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even though the petitioner has made a representation dated 15.07.2023 seeking a direction to give Police Verification Certificate for starting " Blue Moon Spa" Beauty Parlour, the respondent Police have not granted any permission so far. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has obtained necessary permission from the Municipal Corporation concerned.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that the Clearance Certificate given by the concerned Corporation has not been enclosed along with the application filed by the petitioner. The respondent Police would consider the application of the petitioner, if, he provides the Clearance Certificate and all other documents.

4. Considering the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to approach the respondent Police once again along with all the documents concerned, on which, the respondent Police are directed to dispose of the same within a period of two weeks thereafter. 28.07.2023 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no tsg 2/4
