ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners / plaintiffs against the dismissal of the application filed by them seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner in I.A.No.81 of 2013 in O.S.No.291 of 2011 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners is not connected through video conference. In the last hearing ie., on 10.07.2020 also, the learned counsel for the petitioners was not connected.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents / defendants has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the main suit itself has been disposed of and hence, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(PD)(MD)No.838 of 2014 survives in this CRP and he also undertakes to send an e.mail, to the Registry, to that effect.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
