ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the Treasury Officer, Viruthunagar District has lodged a complaint that the petitioner has misappropriated the amount of one Indira and therefore, a criminal case has been registered in Cr.No. 343 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 406 & 420 IPC, on 17.07.2025 and the same is under investigation. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
