This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor / respondent No.4 and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2562 of 2025 1/3

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate circulated a proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 2702/2025/jp6 dated 24.07.2025 stating that certain difficulties has arisen due to the objections raised by one Thiru.K.Ilango, as a result of which, the compliance could not be fulfilled in complete terms. 4.Recording the same, giving liberty to challenge the same, this contempt petition is closed.
