CRL OP(MD).No.5836 of 2019 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as first accused in Crime No.190 of 2019 on the file of the Tenkarai police station, Theni. The offences are under Sections 171(G), 501(1)(b) of I.P.C. and Section 66 of Information Technology(Amendment) Act 2008 INF C.

2. The petitioner moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail. While granting anticipatory bail, this Court had directed the petitioner to take a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and hand over the same to the Headmaster, Bodi Municipality Middle School, Bodi. The petitioner in view of his economic condition, is unable to comply with the said condition. The petitioner has only posted some offending messages in Face Book against the rival political functionaries.

3. Taking note of the economic condition of the petitioner, the condition earlier imposed is deleted. Time for surrender is extended by two more weeks from today.
