ORDER

The revision petitioners are the defendants in O.S.No.32 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam.

2. The respondents herein filed a suit in O.S.No.32 of 2019 for the relief of declaration declaring the sale deed dated 17.09.1997 as null and void and for permanent injunction and also for mandatory injunction. Thereafter, the plaintiffs/respondents herein filed an application in I.A.No.3 of 2019 seeking the relief of temporary injunction restraining the defendants/revision petitioners from interfering with their peaceful possession of the suit property.

3. It is the grievance of the revision petitioners that though the said interlocutory application has been filed in the month of February 2019 and the defendants/revision petitioners filed their counter, the same has not been disposed of. Hence, the revision petitioners are before this Court seeking a direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2019.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court directs the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam, to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2019 in O.S.No.32 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
