ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition filed against the order relating to re-issue of warrant through the Advocate Commissioner has been rendered infructuous because the said Advocate Commissioner died in the meantime.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioners also accepts this fact.

C.R.P.(PD)(MD)No.888 of 2014 3.By recording the said submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the revision petitioners are granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the trial Court, if it is intended to appoint another Advocate Commissioner. No costs.
