ORDER

This petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action, on the basis of complaints dated 29.08.2021 and 05.10.2021.

2.Even though Writ of Mandamus for such nature of relief may not lie, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaints that have been given by this petitioner, enquiry is underway in C.P.No.1598 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and now, it is pending. 3.Since the enquiry has been undertaken on the basis of the complaints given by this petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the relief sought for in this petition has now become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further steps may be taken by the Investigation Officer. No costs.
