ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/respondent herein for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.(MD)No.5142 of 2025, in W.P.(MD)No.6864 of 2025, dated 14.03.2025, and punish them accordingly.

2.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the patta for the subject property has been restored as it stood prior to passing of the impugned order.
