After elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file a petition to implead them in the writ petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.12692 to 12694 of 2019 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
