This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in Survey No.216/30, situated at Mangulam Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2023.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and orders were passed on 04.08.2023. A copy of the said order has also been served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order in the manner known to law. No costs.
