ORDER
Heard Mr.RMS.SethuRaman for the petitioner and Mr.I.Murugesan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent. 1/4
2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1804 of 2026, dated 18.03.2026.
3. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by order dated 18.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1804 of 2026, granted bail subject to, inter alia, the following condition:
"8.
.......
[b] the petitioner shall report before the CCB-I, Coimbatore, once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;
[c] the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Thoothukudi once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court; however, on a few occasions, he failed to comply with the same.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the aforesaid condition imposed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1804 of 2026, dated 18.03.2026, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
