ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the second respondent to register the rectification deed presented by the petitioner in in TP/268432878/2026, dated 22.04.2006.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said document has not been processed and registered, demanding additional market value. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the same cannot be insisted upon.

3. The learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that, though the document was sought to be presented through the aforesaid temporary number and there were only oral interactions, the document was never presented.

4. In view of the rival contentions made, the grievance of the petitioner can be addressed by the following order: (i) Within three weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order, the petitioner shall submit the representation/document. Thereafter,

the same shall be processed and considered by the respondents in accordance with law, and appropriate orders shall be passed.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition shall stand disposed of. No costs.
