PRAYER: This Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.94 of 2013 in O.S.No.88 of 2010, dated 14.02.2014, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi, by allowing the civil revision petition.

This Civil Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner / defendant against the dismissal of his petition in I.A.No.94 of 2013 in O.S.No.88 of 2010, dated 14.02.2014, on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner herein has filed an application in I.A.No.94 of 2013 in O.S.No.88 of 2010, dated 14.02.2014, on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi, under Order 7, Rule 11(d) read with Order 2, Rule 2(3) and Section 151 C.P.C., to reject the plaint. He further submitted that the learned Principal Sub Judge, by the order dated 14.02.2014, has dismissed the said petition and as against the same, the petitioner / defendant has filed the present Civil Revision Petition. He further submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the Trial Court has disposed of the main suit itself and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and he also undertakes to send an E-mail to that effect to the Registry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
