The present Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order passed in I.A.No.83 of 2013 in A.S.No.16 of 2011, dated 12.02.2014, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar and allow this Civil Revision Petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main appeal in A.S.No.16 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar, has been disposed of on 09.08.2016. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
