ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.142 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. It is seen that the petitioner had attacked his father-inlaw with aruval causing him head injury. The petitioner had also caused cut injury on his mother-in-law. Both are still in hospital. CRL OP(MD). No.12821 of 2019 hospital. The allegations are such that the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
