ORDER

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 06.02.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.1258 of 2020, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

This Court, by an order dated 06.02.2020, issued a direction to the respondents to disburse retirement benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, pursuant to which, the respondents disbursed the benefits already on 06.10.2022 and 10.11.2022 and the copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the right of the petitioner is not deprived of by closure of the contempt petition, if any amount is due to him.
