2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main original suit in O.S.No.46 of 2011, was dismissed for default on 25.10.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
