This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.79 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court already has passed an order dated 18.10.2019 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.4259 of 2018, directing the first respondent to delete the name of the fifth accused and as such quash the FIR as against the fifth accused.
