ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the trial process and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1227 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 465, 471, 420 and 167 r/w 34 of IPC and the Investigation Officer is also present before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that so far 4 witnesses have been examined and within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court and only for the purpose of verifying the records, now it is kept pending. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
