2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 122 of 2018 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 172 of 2019

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
