The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the decreetal and fair order dated 24.02.2014 made in I.A.No.75 of 2013 in O.S.No.682 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.682 of 2012 on 15.11.2018.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
