Respondent/Respondent/Landlord COMMON PRAYER: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act, to allow the revision as against the decreetal and fair order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Principal Sub Court, Trichirappalli in R.C.A.Nos.78 & 79 of 2007 respectively dated 04.09.2013 confirming the orders of eviction passed by the Rent Controller, Trichirappalli (Principal District Munsif) in R.C.O.P.Nos.253 and 249 of 2002 dated 24.03.2007 and 23.03.2007 respectively and set aside the same.

These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the decreetal and fair order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Principal Sub Court, Trichirappalli in R.C.A.Nos.78 & 79 of 2007 dated 04.09.2013 respectively confirming the orders of eviction passed by the Rent Controller, Trichirappalli (Principal District Munsif) in R.C.O.P.Nos.253 and 249 of 2002 dated 24.03.2007 and 23.03.2007 respectively.

2.When the revisions were taken up for hearing on 30.06.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has handed over the case bundle along with change of vakalat to the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and the case was directed to be listed today (16.07.2021).

3. Today, when the revisions are taken up for hearing, though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, the petitioner has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. Therefore, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
