ORDER

The petitioner, based on the interim order dated 12.04.2023 passed in I.A.No.224 of 2021 by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai that the gift deed dated 19.09.2020 is invalid, has submitted a representation dated 28.06.2023 to the second respondent/the Sub Registrar, Arasaradi, Madurai, to cancel the gift deed dated 19.09.2020. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2023 has already been considered and rejected by the second respondent by his proceedings 2/4

dated 18.07.2023.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the proceedings of the second respondent dated 18.07.2023, it is always open to her to challenge the same, in the manner known to law. No costs.
