ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 07.03.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4342 of 2022 by 1/4

this Court, thereby directed the contemnor / respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2016 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and closed the F.I.R as further action dropped on 04.05.2023 and the closure report was also filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 01.08.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner has also served with R.C.S notice in R.C.No.127/2024 and it is posted on 29.11.2024.

5. Recording the abovesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed.
