Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GOKUL RAJ.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2323 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23318 of 2022 on 09.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
