ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 BNSS, seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry in connection with a civil dispute, as already enquired and closed by the second respondent, by considering first petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioners, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings.
