ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 18.04.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.9573 of 2024.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel on either sides would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.9573 of 2024, dated 18.04.2024 is complied with.

3. In view of the factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.
