2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before concerned Court and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.481 of 2020.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9859 of 2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
