When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that against the order, 07.03.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.17619 of 2021, the State preferred W.A(MD).No.8 of 2023 and the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay on 06.01.2023.

3. In view of the above, there is no wilful obedience and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Petition is closed.
