ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3
on 30.10.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 IPC, in crime No.371 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein and other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him with Aruval on the head and took away Rs.2,000/- and Mobile phone from him. Hence the case.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the fact that the defacto complainant also suffered head injuries and considering the fact that the petitioner has got two previous cases also, it is too early to consider the case of the petitioner for bail for the present.
