PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2022 dated 02.07.2022 on the file of the second respondent Police to the third respondent, the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Thanjavur.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2022 dated 02.07.2022 on the file of the second respondent Police to the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed in Crime No.20 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.322 of 2023.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and and the same stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all those points before the trial Court at the time of trial.
