This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order passed by the Family Court granting interim maintenance.
2. On perusal of the records, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of the Family court granting interim maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month to the respondent herein, who is taking care of two children. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
