JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This Appeal Suit is filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 21.03.2011 in O.S.No.124 of 2006 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court No.II), Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District. 2.When the matter came up for final disposal, the learned counsel for the appellant represented that he sent notice to the respondents, there were no instructions from his side.

3.We find that though notice was served to the respondents and names of the respondents 1, 3 and 4 were printed in the cause list, no one has appeared on their behalf. In respect of the second respondent, notice was returned with an endorsement as "Left India". Hence, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as default. No costs.
