ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The present Review Application has been filed by the appellants in W.A.(MD)No.1272 of 2013, seeking review of the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 17.12.2013.

2. From the records, it is seen that the respondent in the Writ Appeal, who was the Writ Petitioner, had passed away prior to 30.11.2018, which has been recorded by the Court. However, no steps have been taken so far by the Writ Appellants / Review Applicants to implead the legal representatives of the deceased respondent in the Writ Appeal.

3. In view of the above, the Review Application stands dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
